All major credit and debit cards are accepted as payment: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. At this time, we do not accept gift cards as a payment option.

The payment amount is authorized and held by your financial institution at the time you place your order. Your account will be charged when your order ships. Your card will only be charged for the total amount of all products that actually ship. Any products that do not ship will not be charged to your card. Please note: Authorized and held amounts will not be available for other purchases. If an order is cancelled, the authorization hold will expire in accordance with the terms of your financial institution.

Upon check-out, an email will be sent to you with a copy of your order. Our order fulfillment department will pick, pack, and ship your order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an additional email to confirm shipment. The final invoice will be included in your shipment.

Curlisto currently ships throughout the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico.

United States: Curlisto ships at a flat rate of $12.95 to 48 states throughout the US (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico)

Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico: Customers in these areas that would like to purchase Curlisto products may do so by contacting our customer service department at info@curlisto.com. We will assist you in placing an order for our products. Please note that there will be an increase in shipping costs.

Canada: Customers that reside in Canada and would like to purchase Curlisto products may do so by contacting our customer service department at info@curlisto.com. We will assist you in placing an order for our products. Please note that there will be an increase in shipping costs.

Please allow 2-5 business days from the order date to receive your order. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Free ground shipping is available in the US for orders over $200.00 USD.

Note that orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Canada do not qualify for free shipping.

Our products ship via UPS and require a physical address. We regret that we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.

Curlisto products maintain a pH level between 4.5-5.5.

The pH is a value that measures how acidic or alkaline a substance is. The scale ranges from 0 (acid) to 14 (alkaline). Healthy Curly hair should have a pH balance of approximately 4.5-5.5, meaning it is slightly acidic. When hair is at a higher pH balance,the cuticles lift up which leads to moisture loss. At a proper pH balance, the cuticle remains closed. This help ensure that your curls are not dry and frizzy. Curly hair cuticles naturally tend to remain open, as the spiral pattern of a curl makes it difficult for the cuticle to lie flat. Since open cuticles result in dry, frizzy hair, it is extremely important for those with curly hair to be aware of the pH level in the products you are using. Keeping a pH balance of 4.5-5.5 increases the shine and strength of your hair.
