What is Curlisto’s return policy?
To initiate a return or report an issue with your order, please email our Customer Service Department at email@example.com.
Curlisto accepts returns on merchandise that is in re-sellable condition and in its original, unaltered packaging. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase to qualify for a refund. If there is a problem with your order upon arrival, you will need to report any problems, damages, or discrepancies within 72 hours of delivery in order for a credit to be issued.
A refund will be issued to the original payment method once the return is received and confirmed to be in resaleable condition. Refunds are subject to deduction of restocking and return shipping charges. Please note that your financial institution may take an additional 7-10 days after you receive the refund confirmation email to reflect this transaction.
Only products purchased through Curlisto.com may be returned. We do not accept returns of items purchased at third party websites, physical stores, or salon professional resellers. If you would like to return a product that was purchased outside of Curlisto.com, please contact the seller directly about their return policy.
